Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items such as bracelets, pendants, malas, crystal trees, frames, idols, chains, and other astro products.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact.
• Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Custom-made, energized, or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• A replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.

• Natural variations in crystals, stones, or handcrafted items are normal and not considered defects.
• The decision on returns and refunds is subject to final inspection.
